DEMOLITION

This service is employed in a number of scenarios: when we need to rip out existing floor assemblies, if the existing substrate is out of tolerance by a significant amount, or if there is a substantial amount of existing material build up (i.e. existing epoxies, existing toppings, existing floor coverings) and we need to return to a clean, base substrate.

There have been many projects where we have paired our sub-floor demolition service with our floor leveling service where we have ripped out an entire floor assembly and poured a self-leveler over the lowered substrate, turning over a brand new floor assembly to our client.

We have a number of chipping guns that will be able to tackle most demolition jobs. However, on projects where we need to take out an entire floor assembly, our ride on Lutec milling machine is able to lower up to 3″ of concrete in a single pass as well as take on any demolition job no matter the size or scope of work involved.
